A monochrome of inner courtyard of the Fourth Presbyterian Church of Chicago on Michigan Ave, just across from John Hancock Center (360 Chicago). This place is quiet, with minimal foot traffic, and with clear sky provides interesting lighting no matter what time of day you visit, especially the peristyle facing Michigan Ave is really nice with lots of ivy covering the walls. The interior of adjacent main church nave is nicely ornate and open to photography (no flash) during normal day, unless there is a mass. Their stained glass portal window above the entrance is a great colorful subject to photograph as well.
