Disclaimer: before you go off the rails and start throwing stones at me about promotion of violence, I must point out that this guy was just pulling his phone out of his breast pocket. The situation certainly looked very strange in the photo, but harmless in that moment. As officer Barbrady from South Park would say: “Move along, nothing to see here!”.
