If I’m not mistaken, The Kitchen is on Clark street, just off the bridge located on the north bank of Chicago river. The restaurant’s terrazza itself has some fantastic views of the river and Chicago’s architecture along upper Wacker across the water. Never been to this restaurant & grill yet, but supposedly it is very good.
